The native Greek truffle is of the highest qualities worldwide. This rare mushroom is known for its unique aroma, exceptional taste and rich nutritional value. It’s been known in Greece since antiquity and used to be sought for its healing and aphrodisiac properties.
A few drops at the end of cooking or even during serving are enough to give a rich taste. It is ideal for soups, risottos, salads, as well as fish and meats. It’s recommended to be kept intact in dry environment at room temperature. After opening, it must be consumed within 2 months for optimal aromatic performance.
